Day 1 :  Hanoi motorbike tour to Thay Pagoda- Ba Vi National Park (L, D)

At 8:30 AM, we leave Hanoi hustle and bustle for the countryside and mountain with two hours riding to Ba Vi National Park which is rich of diverse tropical and subtropical species of flora and fauna. On the way you will stop to visit Thay Pagoda, 30 kilometres southwest of Hanoi . Thay Pagoda or Master’s Pagoda is widely known for its finely carved statues in lacquer and gold of Buddha in his past and present form and its colourful Buddhist ceremonies performed here during auspicious dates of the Lunar calendar.

Arrive at the Ba Vi Park, relax by visiting the Cactus garden where up to 1,200 cactus species are planted and preserved here. Then you will ride to Pine forest where you would do trekking to the Ngoc Hoa cave which was shaped naturally and magically by the fault of the geology.

Continue your trip by squeezing among the dense bushes to discover the neglected ruins of the French colonists like: ancient church, French summer camps, French Military zone. Especially, located at Point 600m is the historical battle of Ba Vi Regiment on Dec 31, 1951 that successfully broke off the Da river defense line of the French, leading to the victory of Hoa Binh campaign in 1952. You would also have chance to walk through the jungle and visit the old green cypress trees as well as the stunning flora and fauna surrounding.

Have lunch at the food zone nearby and enjoy specialties from the mountainous area of Ba Vi park.

Continue your wonderful hiking trip by visit Thuong temple – a hollowed site for worshipping Tan Vien Saint. Only tens of steps more would let you stand on the Tan Vien peak (or Vong Canh peak, or the viewpoint) where dense of fogs and clouds cling to your feet, make you feel like standing at the border between heaven and earth. Then change your direction to the King peak where you would climb up 779 stone steps toward the west to visit a temple dedicated to Ho Chi Minh and Bao Thien tower which are called as two of the most hallowed regions in Ba Vi National Park.

Day 2 :  Ba Vi Motorbike Tour to Duong Lam Village – back to Hanoi (B, L)

Today you will have a chance to see the oldest village in Hanoi discover the oldest house 400 years old and continues see Mia pagoda, with over 287 Budhha statues and special see Giang Van Minh worship-house, King Ngo Quyen and Phung Hung temple.
