Riding the legendary Vietnam ADV route on BMW GS 1250cc

* Overview:

This 11-day Vietnam big bike tour is designed for riders who want more than just a road trip. It is a north-to-south motorcycle journey through changing landscapes, from the ancient streets of Hanoi to limestone valleys, hidden mountain passes, the legendary Ho Chi Minh Trail, war-time historical sites, royal cities, coastal roads, white-sand beaches and the open sea of Nha Trang.

Riding a BMW GS 1250cc, this is a luxury Vietnam big bike tour with comfort, power and adventure blended into one unforgettable experience. The route is carefully designed for confident riders who enjoy long-distance touring, scenic mountain roads, smooth highways, countryside backroads and rewarding bends. Each day brings a different rhythm: misty valleys in the north, remote jungle roads in Central Vietnam, historic battlefields near the DMZ, then a spectacular coastal run along some of the most beautiful beaches in the country.

Day 1 – Pick Up & Welcome in Hanoi – Hotel Check-in – Trip Briefing

Overnight: Hotel in Hanoi
Riding Distance: No riding
Road Type: City transfer only
Meals: Not included / Welcome dinner optional

Welcome to Hanoi, the timeless capital of Vietnam and the starting point of your great BMW GS 1250cc adventure. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our local team and transferred to your hotel in the heart of the city. After a long international flight, today is designed to be easy, comfortable and well-paced, allowing you to settle in, recover from jet lag and slowly tune into the rhythm of Vietnam.

Hanoi is a city of contrasts. French colonial villas stand beside ancient temples, lakeside cafés sit just a few steps from busy street markets, and scooters flow through the Old Quarter like a living river. Before the real riding begins, you may wish to take a gentle walk around Hoan Kiem Lake, enjoy Vietnamese coffee at a traditional café, or explore the narrow lanes where street food, local shops and old houses create one of Asia’s most atmospheric urban scenes.

In the afternoon or early evening, our tour leader will meet the group for a detailed pre-trip briefing. This session is important for a safe and smooth Vietnam ADV bike tour. We will introduce the route, daily riding distances, road conditions, traffic culture, riding signals, luggage arrangement, support vehicle coordination, safety notes and the general spirit of the journey. Riders will also have time to check riding gear, ask questions and get familiar with the adventure ahead.

The BMW GS 1250cc motorcycles will be prepared and checked before departure. This powerful machine is ideal for Vietnam’s long touring routes, offering the comfort needed for long-distance riding and the confidence required for mountain passes, winding roads and mixed terrain.

Tonight, Hanoi offers a wonderful first taste of Vietnam. A welcome dinner can be arranged at a fine local restaurant, where the group may enjoy northern Vietnamese dishes and raise a toast to the road ahead. Tomorrow, the city will fade behind us, and the adventure will begin.

Day 2 – Hanoi Motorbike Tour to Pu Luong Nature Reserve

Overnight: Hotel / Retreat in Pu Luong
Approx. Distance: 180–200 km
Estimated Riding Time: 5–6 hours, excluding stops
Road Type: Urban exit, countryside roads, mountain roads, paved backroads, some narrow village sections

The first riding day of this luxury Vietnam big bike tour begins with an early departure from Hanoi. Leaving the busy capital requires patience and teamwork, but once the city traffic opens up, the scenery quickly changes. The highway gives way to rural roads, rice fields, low hills and peaceful villages where the sound of city horns is replaced by the wind, birds and the steady rhythm of the BMW GS engines.

The ride toward Pu Luong Nature Reserve is a perfect warm-up for the journey. The road is not too extreme, yet it gives riders a clear taste of northern Vietnam’s mountain beauty. As we move deeper into Thanh Hoa Province, the landscape becomes greener and more dramatic. Limestone mountains rise from the valleys, bamboo forests cover the slopes, and small Thai ethnic villages appear beside streams and terraced fields.

Pu Luong is one of Vietnam’s most beautiful hidden valleys. Unlike the busy tourist towns, it still carries a slow, authentic mountain atmosphere. The name “Pu Luong” means “the highest peak of the village” in the local Thai language, and the area truly feels like a natural balcony overlooking layers of jungle, rice terraces and misty hills. For riders on a Vietnam ADV bike tour, this is the kind of place that makes you want to stop often: for photos, for fresh air, for a quiet moment above the valley.

Along the route, we may stop at scenic viewpoints, local markets or small roadside cafés where the group can enjoy Vietnamese tea or strong coffee. Depending on road and weather conditions, we can take smaller backroads through villages, giving riders a more intimate connection with daily life in the countryside. You will see farmers working in the fields, water wheels turning beside streams, children waving from village lanes and buffalo grazing in the valley.

By late afternoon, we arrive in Pu Luong and check in at a comfortable hotel or mountain retreat. The rest of the day is free to relax, enjoy the view and let the first real riding day settle into memory. Dinner can feature local specialties such as grilled mountain pork, bamboo-tube rice, fresh vegetables and traditional Thai-style dishes. The night in Pu Luong is quiet, cool and deeply peaceful — a beautiful contrast to Hanoi and a perfect beginning for the adventure south.

Day 3 – Pu Luong Nature Reserve Motorbike Tour to Tan Ky, Nghe An

Overnight: Hotel in Tan Ky
Approx. Distance: 220–250 km
Estimated Riding Time: 6–7 hours, excluding stops
Road Type: Mountain roads, rural backroads, Ho Chi Minh Road sections, paved touring roads

Today’s ride takes us from the green amphitheatre of Pu Luong to Tan Ky in Nghe An Province, a place closely connected with the legendary Ho Chi Minh Trail. This is a rewarding riding day for big bike lovers, with a wonderful mix of mountain scenery, rural valleys and long-flowing roads that suit the BMW GS 1250cc perfectly.

After breakfast, we leave Pu Luong through narrow village roads, riding past terraced rice fields, stilt houses and bamboo forests. The morning light often falls beautifully across the valley, creating soft shadows over the rice paddies and limestone peaks. The road twists gently through small settlements, giving riders a chance to enjoy controlled cornering, relaxed cruising and constant scenic variety.

As we move south, the terrain opens up. The high mountains gradually give way to rolling hills and rural farmland. This section of the Vietnam big bike tour offers an excellent balance between adventure and comfort. Some roads are narrow and winding, while others are wider and smoother, allowing the BMW GS to stretch its legs. The riding is never dull; every few kilometres, the view changes from forested hills to tea plantations, rivers, corn fields or small market towns.

One of the special pleasures of riding in this part of Vietnam is the feeling of being away from the mainstream tourist path. Few international travelers spend time in these regions, yet they reveal the true character of the country. We may stop for lunch at a local restaurant, where simple Vietnamese dishes are freshly cooked and served with warm hospitality. These meals are part of the experience: rice, grilled meats, stir-fried vegetables, soup, local herbs and plenty of conversation.

In the afternoon, the ride connects more clearly with the Ho Chi Minh Road, a modern route inspired by the wartime supply network that once ran through mountains and jungles from north to south. For riders, this is not only a road but a symbolic line through Vietnamese history. The surface is generally good, the traffic is lighter than the coastal highway, and the scenery has a raw, open quality.

By late afternoon, we arrive in Tan Ky, a quiet town in Nghe An Province. This is not a luxury resort destination, but it is an important overnight stop for a true Vietnam ADV bike tour. It gives the journey an authentic cross-country feeling, linking the northern mountains with the central limestone kingdom of Phong Nha. After check-in, enjoy dinner and rest well, as tomorrow brings one of the great riding stages of the Ho Chi Minh Trail.

Day 4 – Tan Ky Motorbike Tour to Phong Nha, Quang Binh

Overnight: Hotel in Phong Nha
Approx. Distance: 280–310 km
Estimated Riding Time: 7–8 hours, excluding stops
Road Type: Ho Chi Minh Road, countryside highways, mountain foothills, long-distance touring roads

Today is a classic long-distance riding day and one of the most satisfying stages of this Vietnam big bike tour. From Tan Ky, we continue south along the Ho Chi Minh Road toward Phong Nha in Quang Binh Province, a region famous for dramatic limestone mountains, jungle-covered valleys and some of the most impressive cave systems in the world.

The morning ride begins with open roads and rolling countryside. This is where the BMW GS 1250cc feels completely at home. The route allows riders to enjoy steady cruising, gentle curves and long stretches of scenic road with relatively light traffic compared with Vietnam’s main coastal highways. The landscape is broad and cinematic: rivers cutting through farmland, limestone ridges rising in the distance, quiet villages, forested hills and wide skies.

The Ho Chi Minh Road is not only beautiful but also deeply meaningful. During the war, the broader Ho Chi Minh Trail network became one of the most important logistical routes in Vietnamese history. Today, riding this corridor gives travelers a powerful sense of geography and memory. It is easy to imagine how remote and challenging these mountains once were, especially during the years when supplies, people and determination moved through the jungle under extraordinary conditions.

Lunch will be arranged at a local restaurant along the route. The food is usually simple and hearty, ideal for riders: rice, soup, meat or fish, seasonal vegetables and fresh fruit. These small countryside restaurants are part of the charm of a Vietnam ADV bike tour, where the journey is not separated from local life but runs directly through it.

In the afternoon, the scenery becomes more dramatic as we approach Quang Binh. Limestone karsts begin to appear, rising sharply from green valleys. The road winds through a more rugged landscape, with jungle-covered slopes and glimpses of rivers that seem to disappear into the mountains. The closer we get to Phong Nha, the more the scenery feels prehistoric.

We arrive in Phong Nha by late afternoon and check in at the hotel. Depending on time and energy, riders may enjoy a short walk through the town, a drink by the Son River, or a quiet dinner overlooking the karst mountains. Phong Nha is a peaceful place, but it carries a sense of grandeur. Tomorrow, the ride continues deeper into Central Vietnam, through some of the most remote and beautiful roads of the entire trip.

Day 5 – Phong Nha Motorbike Tour to Khe Sanh, Quang Tri

Overnight: Hotel in Khe Sanh
Approx. Distance: 220–250 km
Estimated Riding Time: 6–7 hours, excluding stops
Road Type: Mountain roads, jungle roads, Ho Chi Minh Trail, remote paved roads, winding sections

This is one of the most adventurous and atmospheric riding days of the whole luxury Vietnam big bike tour. Leaving Phong Nha, we ride south toward Khe Sanh through a landscape of jungle, limestone mountains, remote valleys and historic roads. The route carries the wild spirit of Central Vietnam, where nature feels powerful and the road often seems to cut through endless green.

After breakfast, we depart Phong Nha and soon enter one of the most scenic sections of the Ho Chi Minh Road. Depending on conditions, the route may include the western branch, a legendary stretch known among motorcyclists for its remote feeling, smooth curves and deep forest atmosphere. It is a dream road for experienced ADV riders: quiet, sweeping, dramatic and full of changing elevation. The BMW GS 1250cc gives comfort and control here, especially through long bends, open climbs and descending curves.

This is not a day of crowded attractions. The attraction is the road itself. The jungle rises on both sides, the mountains roll endlessly into the distance, and small ethnic villages appear unexpectedly between forested hills. Some sections feel completely removed from modern life. It is the kind of riding that reminds you why adventure motorcycles exist: to connect distance, landscape and emotion in one flowing experience.

We will make several scenic stops along the way for photos, rest and water. The views can be breathtaking: layers of blue-green mountains, quiet valleys, forested ridgelines and empty roads disappearing around the next bend. These moments are often the highlight for riders who choose a Vietnam ADV bike tour over a conventional holiday. The freedom of the road, the sound of the engine and the scale of the scenery create a deep sense of discovery.

Lunch will be arranged at a local restaurant where available. In remote areas, food choices can be simple, but the experience is authentic and memorable. This is part of real overland touring in Vietnam.

By late afternoon, we arrive in Khe Sanh, a mountain town in Quang Tri Province. For many travelers, Khe Sanh is known because of its wartime history, especially the former combat base nearby. Today it is peaceful, surrounded by hills, coffee farms and mountain air. After check-in, the evening is free to rest and prepare for tomorrow’s deeply historical ride through the DMZ and down to the former imperial city of Hue.

Day 6 – Khe Sanh Motorcycle Tour to DMZ & Vinh Moc Tunnels – Hue

Overnight: Hotel in Hue
Approx. Distance: 190–220 km
Estimated Riding Time: 6–7 hours, excluding sightseeing stops
Road Type: Mountain roads, historic Route 9, countryside roads, coastal sections, city arrival

Today’s ride is a powerful combination of history, emotion and scenery. From Khe Sanh, we follow roads linked to some of the most important wartime sites in Vietnam before reaching Hue, the former imperial capital. This is a day when the Vietnam big bike tour becomes more than a riding adventure; it becomes a journey through memory.

We begin the morning with a visit to the Khe Sanh Combat Base area, where the quiet hills carry echoes of one of the most famous battle sites of the Vietnam War. Standing here today, surrounded by mountains and peaceful countryside, it can be difficult to imagine the intensity of the past. Yet that contrast is exactly what makes the visit meaningful.

From Khe Sanh, we ride along Route 9 toward the former Demilitarized Zone, or DMZ. The road passes through rugged landscapes, small towns and rural communities. This section is not only historically significant but also enjoyable for riders, with a mix of open road, gentle curves and changing scenery. Along the way, we may visit selected sites such as the Dakrong Bridge, Rockpile viewpoint area or other points depending on time, road conditions and group interest.

A major highlight of the day is Vinh Moc Tunnels, an extraordinary underground village near the coast. During the war, local people lived beneath the ground to survive heavy bombing. Walking through the tunnel system gives visitors a moving insight into resilience, hardship and human determination. For many travelers, this is one of the most memorable cultural and historical experiences in Central Vietnam.

After the DMZ region, the ride gradually softens as we head toward Hue. The mountains give way to flatter countryside, lagoons, rivers and villages. Hue welcomes riders with a completely different mood: slower, poetic and deeply cultural. Once the capital of the Nguyen Dynasty, Hue is known for royal heritage, garden houses, pagodas, imperial architecture and refined cuisine.

Upon arrival, we check in at the hotel and enjoy time to relax. In the evening, riders can explore Hue’s riverside atmosphere, taste local dishes such as bun bo Hue, banh beo or grilled pork lemongrass skewers, and enjoy the calm after a day rich in history. This stage of the luxury Vietnam big bike tour leaves a strong impression: the road is beautiful, but the stories along it are even deeper.

Day 7 – Hue Motorcycle Tour to Da Nang via Lang Co Beach, Hai Van Pass & Ba Na Hills

Overnight: Hotel in Da Nang
Approx. Distance: 170–200 km, depending on Ba Na Hills routing
Estimated Riding Time: 5–6 hours, excluding sightseeing
Road Type: Coastal roads, mountain pass, highway sections, paved touring roads

Today is one of the most iconic riding days in Vietnam. From Hue, we head south toward Da Nang, crossing lagoons, beaches and the legendary Hai Van Pass — a road that has earned its reputation as one of the most scenic coastal rides in Southeast Asia. For riders on a BMW GS 1250cc, this is a day of pure pleasure: sweeping corners, sea views, mountain air and the feeling of riding between sky and ocean.

After breakfast, we leave Hue and ride toward the coast. The road passes through quiet villages and lowland countryside before reaching the beautiful lagoon area around Lang Co. Here, the scenery opens wide. On one side are mountains covered in green forest; on the other are calm waters, fishing boats and long stretches of pale sand. Lang Co Beach is a wonderful place for a coffee break and photos, especially when the light reflects across the lagoon.

Then comes the highlight: Hai Van Pass. Rising between Hue and Da Nang, this mountain pass forms a natural boundary where the Truong Son Range reaches the sea. The road climbs through a series of bends and viewpoints, with the ocean below and misty mountains above. Every corner reveals a new perspective: blue coastline, rocky slopes, jungle, railway tracks, fishing villages and the distant curve of Da Nang Bay.

The riding here is technical but enjoyable, with paved surfaces, hairpins and scenic pull-outs. It is not a race road; it is a road to be respected and savoured. On a Vietnam ADV bike tour, Hai Van Pass is the kind of place riders remember for years. The combination of height, sea, wind and curves makes it one of the great motorcycle moments in Vietnam.

After descending toward Da Nang, we continue to Ba Na Hills for sightseeing. Riders will park the bikes and take the cable car up into the mountain resort area, known for cool air, panoramic views and the famous Golden Bridge held by giant stone hands. While Ba Na Hills is more developed and tourist-oriented than the remote roads earlier in the trip, it adds a playful and scenic contrast to the journey.

By late afternoon, we ride down to Da Nang and check in at the hotel. Da Nang is modern, clean and relaxed, with a long beachfront, good restaurants and an easy coastal atmosphere. After several days of mountains, history and jungle roads, tonight offers a comfortable seaside pause before we continue to Hoi An and My Son tomorrow.

Day 8 – Da Nang Motorcycle Tour to Hoi An & My Son Sanctuary

Overnight: Hotel in Hoi An
Approx. Distance: 120–160 km
Estimated Riding Time: 4–5 hours, excluding sightseeing
Road Type: Coastal roads, countryside lanes, paved rural roads, short city sections

Today’s ride is shorter in distance but rich in culture, history and atmosphere. We leave Da Nang and ride toward My Son Sanctuary before ending in Hoi An, one of Vietnam’s most charming ancient towns. This is a day where the sound of the BMW GS gives way to temple ruins, rice fields, rivers and lantern-lit streets.

The morning ride begins along Da Nang’s coast before we turn inland toward the countryside of Quang Nam. The route can include rural roads passing through rice paddies, small villages, family temples, local markets and quiet lanes shaded by areca palms. Compared with the big mountain stages, today feels more intimate. It is a chance to observe everyday Central Vietnamese life at a slower pace.

My Son Sanctuary is the major cultural highlight of the day. Hidden in a green valley surrounded by mountains, My Son was once a sacred religious center of the ancient Cham civilization. The brick towers and temple remains, dating back many centuries, create a mysterious atmosphere. Walking among the ruins, riders can feel how different cultural layers have shaped Vietnam: Hindu influence, Cham architecture, jungle setting and the silence of time.

After visiting My Son, we continue toward Hoi An. The ride is easy and scenic, passing rural communities, river landscapes and small workshops. Depending on time, we may stop for a local lunch with regional dishes such as cao lau, mi Quang or fresh spring rolls. These flavours are part of the identity of Quang Nam Province and should not be missed.

In the afternoon, we arrive in Hoi An and check in at the hotel. Hoi An is a beautiful contrast to the power and movement of a Vietnam big bike tour. Here, the pace slows down. The Ancient Town invites travelers to walk, not ride: wooden merchant houses, yellow walls, old temples, silk lanterns, riverside cafés and tailor shops all create a warm and romantic atmosphere.

The evening is free to explore Hoi An at its best. As the sun sets, lanterns begin to glow along the Thu Bon River and the town becomes almost cinematic. Riders can enjoy dinner at a local restaurant, try street food, visit a tailor, or simply wander through the old streets. After many kilometres of mountain and coastal riding, Hoi An offers a soulful cultural pause before the tour continues south along Vietnam’s long coastline.

Day 9 – Hoi An / Da Nang Motorcycle Tour to Quy Nhon

Overnight: Hotel in Quy Nhon
Approx. Distance: 300–330 km
Estimated Riding Time: 7–8 hours, excluding stops
Road Type: Coastal highway, countryside roads, fishing villages, paved long-distance touring roads

Today is a long and beautiful coastal riding stage, taking us from Hoi An or Da Nang down to Quy Nhon. This is where the journey begins to feel more open and tropical. The mountains are still present in the distance, but the sea becomes the dominant companion. For riders who love long-distance touring on powerful machines, this is a classic Vietnam big bike tour day: steady mileage, varied scenery and the reward of arriving at a less crowded beach city.

After breakfast, we leave Hoi An and head south. Depending on road conditions and timing, the route may include a mix of coastal roads, local backroads and sections of the national highway. The riding requires focus, as some highway sections may have trucks, buses and local traffic. However, there are also many rewarding stretches where the landscape opens into rice fields, fishing lagoons, sandy beaches and small coastal towns.

Central Vietnam is long, narrow and dramatic. At times, riders can see mountains on one side and the East Sea on the other. We pass through areas where fishing boats line the shore, salt fields glitter in the sun and local markets bustle with seafood, fruit and vegetables. These are not staged tourist scenes; they are real daily life along Vietnam’s coastline.

Lunch will be arranged en route, possibly in a local town or coastal restaurant. Fresh seafood may be available depending on timing and location. The food in this region is often simple, bright and flavourful, with fish sauce, herbs, grilled seafood, rice noodles and local vegetables.

As we continue south, the approach to Binh Dinh Province brings a different beauty. The land becomes drier, the hills more sculpted, and the coastline wider. Quy Nhon is still less commercial than many better-known beach destinations, which makes it a rewarding overnight stop. It has long beaches, clear water, Cham heritage, fishing culture and a relaxed local feel.

Arriving in Quy Nhon by late afternoon, we check in at the hotel and enjoy time by the beach. After a full day on the road, the sea breeze feels well-earned. Tonight is ideal for a seafood dinner, a quiet walk along the promenade or simply resting after a big touring stage. The journey has now moved from the historic heart of Central Vietnam into the open coastal south, and tomorrow brings another magnificent ride to Nha Trang.

Day 10 – Quy Nhon Motorcycle Tour to Nha Trang

Overnight: Hotel in Nha Trang
Approx. Distance: 220–250 km
Estimated Riding Time: 5–6 hours, excluding stops
Road Type: Coastal roads, mountain-and-sea passes, paved touring roads, scenic highway sections

Today is one of the most visually rewarding coastal rides of the tour. From Quy Nhon, we continue south toward Nha Trang, following a route where mountains, beaches, fishing villages and blue sea create a truly cinematic riding experience. This stage captures the spirit of a Vietnam ADV bike tour in a softer, sunnier way: less jungle, more ocean; fewer remote mountains, more sweeping coastal horizons.

After breakfast, we leave Quy Nhon and ride along roads that gradually reveal some of Central Vietnam’s most beautiful coastal scenery. There are sections where the road curves above bays and fishing villages, offering superb viewpoints over turquoise water, rocky headlands and long beaches. The BMW GS 1250cc handles this type of touring beautifully, giving riders comfort on open sections and stability through flowing curves.

Depending on route selection and timing, we may pass through or near places such as Song Cau, Tuy Hoa or coastal viewpoints in Phu Yen Province. This region is known for its raw natural beauty, with wide beaches, quiet lagoons, fishing boats and open countryside. It is less crowded than the major resort zones, which makes the ride feel fresh and authentic.

The day’s must-see highlights are not limited to famous attractions; they are often found in the small moments along the road. A fishing boat returning to shore. A roadside coffee stop overlooking the sea. A line of coconut palms bending in the wind. Children waving from a village. The sudden reveal of a white-sand beach after a mountain bend. These details make the journey feel alive.

Lunch can be arranged at a local restaurant along the coast, with opportunities to enjoy fresh seafood or regional Vietnamese dishes. The riding after lunch continues south, with more sea views and warm coastal air. Compared with the earlier northern and central mountain stages, this day feels brighter, wider and more relaxed, but it still offers enough curves and scenery to keep riders fully engaged.

By late afternoon, we arrive in Nha Trang, one of Vietnam’s best-known beach cities. With its long bay, offshore islands, beachfront promenade, seafood restaurants and lively atmosphere, Nha Trang is a fitting final destination for this luxury Vietnam big bike tour. After check-in, the evening is free to celebrate the completion of the main riding route. A cold drink by the sea, a seafood dinner and the sound of waves are the perfect rewards after ten unforgettable days on the road.

Day 11 – Nha Trang Sightseeing & Relaxing

Overnight: Hotel in Nha Trang
Riding Distance: Optional short local ride, 30–80 km
Estimated Riding Time: Flexible
Road Type: City roads, coastal roads, optional sightseeing loops

After many days of riding from Hanoi through mountains, valleys, jungle roads, historical sites and coastal highways, today is designed for relaxation and reflection. The main long-distance motorcycle journey ends in Nha Trang, where riders can slow down, enjoy the beach and look back on one of Vietnam’s most diverse overland adventures.

Nha Trang is a natural place to finish a Vietnam big bike tour. The city opens toward a wide bay, with a long beach running beside the main boulevard and islands scattered offshore. The atmosphere is lively but still easy to enjoy at a relaxed pace. After the intense riding days from Hanoi to Central and South-Central Vietnam, the sea offers exactly what riders need: space, warmth and recovery.

The day can be kept completely free, or we can arrange light sightseeing depending on the group’s preference. Possible visits include Po Nagar Cham Towers, an important cultural site showing the long historical connection between the Cham civilization and Vietnam’s central coast. Riders may also visit Long Son Pagoda, local markets, a fishing harbour, or simply enjoy a scenic coastal ride north or south of the city.

For those who prefer wellness and recovery, Nha Trang is also known for mud baths, hot mineral springs and spa facilities. This can be a wonderful way to relax tired muscles after several days on the BMW GS 1250cc. Another option is an island excursion in Nha Trang Bay, where travelers can enjoy clear water, beaches, seafood and boat-based relaxation.

Today is also a good time for a final group lunch or farewell dinner. Over the past 11 days, the route has told the story of Vietnam through its landscapes: the old soul of Hanoi, the green valleys of Pu Luong, the historic Ho Chi Minh Road, the caves of Phong Nha, the wartime memory of Khe Sanh and the DMZ, the royal atmosphere of Hue, the legendary Hai Van Pass, the lanterns of Hoi An, the long coast to Quy Nhon and the blue bay of Nha Trang.

The trip officially ends today, but the feeling of the ride will stay much longer. This luxury Vietnam big bike tour is not only about covering distance. It is about feeling the country change beneath your wheels, meeting people along the way, sharing stories at local tables, conquering mountain bends, breathing sea air and discovering Vietnam in the most open and powerful way possible: by adventure motorcycle.

End of the Trip!
