Brief itinerary:

Day 1 – Hanoi to Vu Linh (Lake Thac Ba)
Ride out of Hanoi on quiet backroads to Thac Ba Lake region. Scenic countryside, tea plantations, and ethnic villages. Overnight in a traditional stilt house at Vu Linh.

Day 2 – Vu Linh to Bac Ha
Continue through rolling hills and rice terraces to Bac Ha, famous for its hill-tribe markets (Sun only) and vibrant highland culture.

Day 3 – Bac Ha to Ha Giang
Ride winding mountain roads and cross lush valleys en route to Ha Giang City – gateway to Vietnam’s far north.

Day 4 – Ha Giang to Dong Van (via Ma Pi Leng Pass)
Climb into the Dong Van Karst Plateau UNESCO Geopark. Spectacular limestone peaks, deep valleys, and authentic ethnic villages. Stop at the historic H’Mong King Palace.

Day 5 – Dong Van to Bao Lac
Descend from the high karst to the river valleys of Bao Lac, known for its peaceful ethnic markets and less-traveled backroads.

Day 6 – Bao Lac to Ba Be Lake
Ride south through hidden passes to Ba Be National Park. Take a boat trip on the emerald lake surrounded by limestone cliffs and jungle.

Day 7 – Ba Be Lake to Hanoi
Final scenic ride back to Hanoi via country lanes. Arrive late afternoon; tour ends.

Day 1 : Hanoi motorbike tours to Vu Linh

This morning we will spend 30 minutes for the guide to do briefing about the trip and how to ride in Vietnam also to get used to with the bike before we start our trip to Thac Ba Lake which has an area of 23,400 ha and 1,331 islands and hills with diverse ecological environments. The water in the lake is blue and clear, and imprinted with the reflections of the surrounding ancient forest.

On arrival to Vu Linh ethnic village of Dao minority by the side of the lake, it is your time to do leisure walk to explore this beautiful village and people life.

Tonight, the welcome is exceptional with a lot of local rice-wine from the hosts is surely one of the highlights of the trip. Overnight in homestay.

Day 2 : Vu Linh motorbiking towards Bac Ha

Beautiful ride today along Thac Ba lake, during your way, you will have chances to visit many roadside ethnic villages and markets. Continue to Bac Ha for overnight in a guesthouse.

Day 3:  Bac Ha riding tour to Ha Giang

This morning, visit lively and colorful market in Bac Ha, one of the most interesting ethnic markets in Vietnam and possibly everywhere in South East Asia: “Sunday is market day in Bac Ha, which is the occasion for the various local ethnies to gather in huge crowds to exchange the last news, gossip, shop, and eat a copious lunch. It was visibly a festive.

Contimue our trip to Ha Giang via Xin Ma and Hoang Su Phi. The road is very beautiful with many curves.

Day 4: Ha Giang motorbike trips to Dong Van

Today ride must be highlights of the trip and one of the most beautiful parts for doing Vietnam Motorcyle Tours as we will visit one of the most remote land in Vietnam where are special with many ethnic groups with their unique cultures and imposing mountains – the “Heaven Gate” in Quan Ba, Rock Plateau and the Vuong palace in Dong Van. Overnight in Dong Van

Day 5:  Motorcycle tour from Dong Van to Bao Lac

After the breakfast, let spend your time to visit Dong Van street and if it falls on Sunday, you will have great opportunity to visit the weekly maket of Dong Van where gathers many ethnic groups and their local products. The market is like a festival for the local to enjoy the time with friends, talking, drinking…

Continue to Bao Lac via Meo Vac and the highlight will be the conquering of the Ma Phi Leng pass. Upon arrival, check in and stay in a guesthouse in Bao Lac.

Day 6: Bao Lac motorcycle tours to Ba Be Lake

Today we continue to Babe lake & national park where the landscape is amazing.
