Itinerary:
Roundtrip bus transfer from Hanoi to Hagiang
Pickup:
We will pick you up at 19:30 pm at the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter the day before
Board the Night Bus:
Head to the bus on the scheduled day, and board the night bus to Ha Giang. Night buses often come equipped with sleeper seats, allowing you to rest during the journey.
Arrival in Ha Giang:
The journey from Hanoi to Ha Giang takes around 7-8 hours. You’ll arrive in Ha Giang early in the morning. Take a short break before starting the tour. We will provide free dorms, shower, and breakfast
Day 1: Ha Giang motorbike tour to ( 75km ) Quan Ba ( 75 km ) and Yen Minh(B, L, D)
Start your day with a hearty breakfast and coffee session at 7:00 am, followed by a loop talk to get everyone on the same page. Depart at 8:15 am, and embark on a journey to explore the meadows and quiet villages in the frontier area. Enjoy lunch in Tam Sơn town and discover hidden gems not found on Google Maps. Traverse the picturesque Cán Tỷ pass and reach Lao Và Chải observation decks for a brilliant sunset, weather permitting. Check in at Hoang Vu ecolodge for the night, and unwind with a delightful dinner and some drinks.
Overnight in Yen Minh
Day 2: Lao Va Chai (50km ) Tham Ma pass – ( 56km ) Lung Cu – Dong Van (40km) (B, L, D)
Rise and shine for breakfast and coffee at 7:30 am before exploring Yen Minh pine tree hill and Thẩm Mã pass. Visit Thẩm Mã panoramic viewpoint, and take in the breathtaking sights at Phố Cáo panoramic viewpoint, Nine-turn Pass, and Sang Tung panoramic viewpoint. Explore the H’mong Royal King Palace and reach the Northernmost point of Vietnam. Experience a unique moment as you touch the border wall belonging to China. Enjoy the sunset next to Đồng Văn town and check in for the night. Dinner and free time for drinks, karaoke, or a stroll around the old quarter await.
Overnight in Dong Van
Day 3: Dong Van motorbike tour to Mapileng pass and ( 20km ) Meo Vac – (20km) to Khau Vai (B, L, D)
Kickstart your day with a visit to Đồng Văn Sunday local market at 7:00 am (only on Sunday mornings). Breakfast and coffee follow at 7:30 am. Explore the outstanding panoramic viewpoint in Pải Lủng, the Happiness Road museum and monument, and walk in the craggy rock field. Visit the Tusan Canyon panoramic viewpoint, follow the road above Nhoque river, and have lunch in Meo Vac town. Embark on an expedition along one of the most thrilling trails in Hagiangloop before checking in at Khau Vai homestay.
Overnight in Khau Vai
Day 4: Khau Vai motorbike tour via (20km) Meo Vac and ( 37km ) Mau Due to ( 40km ) Du Gia (B, L, D)
Start the day with breakfast and coffee at 7:30 am. Visit the local market at 7:00 am (open every 5 days/time). Explore Khau Vai boat station and a super beautiful canyon before returning to Meo Vac town. Enjoy lunch at a roadside restaurant and relish the sunset at Lũng Hồ coffee shop with its brilliant light, rays, and fantastic scenery. Check in at Du Già and partake in dinner, campfire, and some enjoyable drinking time at Mota pub.
Overnight in Du Gia
Day 5: Du Gia motorbike tour via Quan Ba (50km) to Ha Giang (50km) (B, L)
Commence the day with breakfast and coffee at 7:30 am. Explore the French military bunker in Lũng Hồ and stop at Đường Thượng pitstop for a stunning view of the valley and mountain ranges. Experience the Lùng Tám suspension bridge, concluding your adventure on a high note.
